My Tourist Photos from Storm King Art Center

You should go to Storm King. It's an hour outside of Manhattan by car. Just tell me when you want to go, I'll drive. I will sit and stare at Maya Lin's Wavefield while you tour the place. Sitting and staring at those undulating hills makes me so happy.

Hurricane Sandy, Occupy Sandy and a trip to Brighton Beach.

I don't align myself with the Occupy protestors, but I do think they have one of the better organized efforts providing hurricane relief in NYC. It's still somewhat chaotic.

I volunteered as a driver with my car to haul a group of volunteers, a load of supplies and hot food to the Coney Island area. After some confusion at our destination – they were overloaded with supplies at our target location – we delivered our supplies two miles away to a small church in Brighton Beach.

L Train Service Restored to Williamsburg

L Train service was restored earlier today between Manhattan and Brooklyn. Life on Bedford Ave remains quiet, however I am sure the weekend will bring back the noise.
