I've never done infographics. This is a start.
30 is coming up. It's a nice round number. It works well for this sort of thing and I do love a good assessment of life.

Alex Peck, Colter Harper and Tony DePaolis doing what they do in the living room/office.
Now that I've signed the lease to the place in Brooklyn, it's time to start packing up things in Pittsburgh. Ill-timed but well-intentioned, I invited folks over for one last meal and party. Throwing down on the day after Christmas meant a lot of people weren't able to make it out, seeing as they have families of their own and such. What about my needs?
This post has been devised to taunt y'inz with what could have been a a celebration of friendship, a night of heartwarming cheer and merriment.
It is also to provide you with a multimedia experience that you may have and share in the comfort of your own homes.

As I mentioned in Farewell Dinner... I wanted to get some shots of everybody in the house that night. These that follow are they.

Adam, test subject and killer bassist.

Caitlin was having a White Elephant party, a gift exchange at which absurd and unwanted items were piled up and passed out to willing participants. In the spirit of the event, and because I'd just returned to an empty fridge after securing the NYC apartment, I made what I can only explain as a MacGyver haluski.

I've been saying goodbye to the issues of a previous life. I'm not sure how many magazines I acquired during the mid 00's, but it was a period of mass consumption in which I tolerated the idea of buying a $28 copy of Eye four times per year. Those magazines, a perennial source of inspiration, will of course be traveling with me. Most of the rest will have to be disposed of, likely recycled.

Over the course of the 2 weeks in NYC for the FTMTU drumming gig, I slept in a variety of places and saw a lot of the city. These are some highlights.

The view from the top floor of the apartment at which we squatted for a few nights. For those just joining us, that's Senti, composer.

Joe and Ben, new to the Lawrenceville as of this summer, hosted this year's
event. They called it a Pot Luck. Pot Luck on Labor Day? How? Why? They didn't have a grill. What's a party on Labor Day without
a grill for fire and Meat? It's Un-American. I can't let my friends be traitors.
On top of all that, they didn't have a backyard or rooftop to even put a grill. We improvised. I took my tube grill down Butler St. the 12 blocks to their place. We set up on the sidewalk of Butler street and made fire.
