Lisa's friends are also into techno. This is Sneak. We're at his place where he's facilitating a 3am crash course in appreciation of the genre.
I am having trouble appreciating it.

I think you have to be there to understand it.
They tell me it can't really be understood outside of the venues for which it is written, can't be grasped if it's not performed.
