Pittsburgh, in Wexford, this afternoon.

I used to play in the woods behind this shopping center. I used to play in a field to the north before the shopping center expanded into it. When I was a kid, it was often with the Cole boys. When I became a teenager, this area is where I went on my own to collect tadpoles in the ponds that would later be filled to make land for suburban homes.

There used to be a PNC bank in this storefront. I remember seeing Ed Ley there, after he got out of the service. I told him the ATM wasn't working. I don't think he recognized me. We were never friends in grade school, but I had a crush on his sister.
