A man bangs on a stop sign while the Treme Brass Band performs on Frenchmen Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Earlier today I saw the guy now playing the stop sign taunting a tourist, shouting from across the street, "you can't even get an erection," among other things, most of which were incoherent.
He's definitely not with the band (the legendary Treme Brass Band), but he isn't too bad either.
