Mayor John Fetterman led a small group to the base of the Ohringer building where a light sculpture spelling out DOCC and NOMFX illuminated the street. The Mon-Fayette expressway, a project in discussion for more than 30 years, threatens to split the city in two and strain the already poor economy in the region.
