Abu Garb for Deek Magazine: The Brutality Incident

We'd previously mocked fashion in Deek, but the Abu Gharib scandal with its subjects (both uniformed soldiers and prisoners), humiliation, irreverence, irrationality, degradation and violence was the exemplar of American fashion more than anything in any actual fashion magazines. So we added product placement to it, our t-shirts and clothes from a few local boutiques. It didn't go over well. Local DJ and Minor Pittsburgh Celebrity Edgar Um posted on a local message board that I should be tortured in the streets for this shoot.
