As I exited the turnpike into Carlislie, Pennsylvania, I saw red spray painted scrawls heralding the opening of Asian Garden, an evidently Asian restaurant.

I dropped in to say hello to the grandparents. Pap said I should stay for a drink. He went rummaging through his liquor cabinet to facilitate the delay of my departure. I don't recall him being so persistent in serving me alcohol as he has been these past two years.

I like the Regal Cinema sign. It belongs in another era. I like how Party City has no cars in its lot. I'd think it be at least moderately festive, even on a Sunday morning, with a name like that.

This is the first really nice day we've had in months. Spring wants to happen. Despite the temperature only hitting a high of 64F today, the park was well-stocked with people at leisure. I went to McCarren Park to practice my camera math in setting sunlight.

This is the doorway of another new condo building overlooking McCarren Park. I've no doubt the people who eventually come and go through this doorway will be the type to irritate me without ever saying a word.

I'm moving out of Band Spaces Williamsburg tonight. My drums and I have inhabited rehearsal room E10, a closet-sized 4.5' x 4.5' since October 2010. I'm moving in to Savaria Studios 2.0, a recently created cluster of rehearsal spaces in South Williamsburg's Pfizer building.
